Service Description

This Healing course is designed to tailor a package just for you & your healing journey. Whether you are wanting to heal from past traumas, everyday stress & anxiety, change bad habits & mindset, discovering self & improving self love & worth or focusing on creating a positive successful abundant future, then this course is for you. We set the intention at the start of each session & breathwork will take you through the healing & work required to achieve your goals. INCLUDES: 1 x In person Consultation Session (1 hour) includes a introduction to 9D Breathwork 3 x Private one on one sessions (2 hours each) includes a full 9D Breathwork Journey 2 x Group sessions (2 hours each) includes a full 9D Breathwork Journey By the end of this course, you will feel empowered to tackle life and all its challenges. And you will also receive a loyalty card with a bonus offer, so that you can continue to attend group sessions whenever you feel the need for another session. To book, just select your date & time for the first Consultation session. In this sessions we can then book a date & time with you for all other sessions. As this is a pay upfront course, no further payments are required. If you cannot find a time that is suitable, please email me and we can work out another time for you to get started.
